These are the fees to be paid to the Registrar of the Local Court from 1st July, 2008.

Note: This fee includes GST of
$4.73. This means that, if a party has an A.B.N. and is serving
a documents for proceedings which are business related, it may
not claim the GST portion of this fee from the opponent. Thus,
the amount for service claimed on the document should be $457.27
even though you will have paid the full $52.00 fee to the Court.
